The bathroom was excellent as was the decor...very relaxing. Once I figured out how to use the hot tub (the directions in the room were admittadly wrong but there was no intention to modify them apparently. The protocol is the receptionist must explain it to you when you check in or you must call after attempting to follow the in-room instruction) it was fantastic! The staff was excellent during the volcanic ash and airport closure as I was never sure if/when I would be able to check out; they did everything possible to assist.
No clocks in the room, no room service option for dinner(although they will order from nearby restaurants) no lobby bar and it was a bit noisy at night; but that is downtown buenos aires.

The large jacuzzi in the room.
I was given the wrong massage at the hotel (hot stone instead of deep tissue) and they didn't seem to care. Also, the shower door doesn't close properly so the bathroom was constantly flooded or filled with sopping wet towels, and the maids didn't clean our room until after 5pm when we had a 6pm massage and we had to wait in the lobby for them to finish.

I would come here again, greatly enjoyed the hotel. Views are absolutely stunning, venue is fairly clean. The rooms are romantic with comfortable beds, and the staff are genuinely helpful. Good service, the breakfast is reasonable. Need to add that free Wi-Fi throughout the property worked in a GOOD way.

The hotel has a great location on the main street of this city, and it is close to the cruise port in case you are taking a cruise to South America or Antarctica. The facilities are clean, and the staff is helpful. The breakfast is tasty, and the hotel is well equipped with transportation options.
Don't have any issues at all.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, very nice atmosphere.
Internet worked poorly. Jacuzzi was very very diry - dirt came either with the water or with the air into the water and made a mess. Also, the water was greenish. It took the staff a long time to fulfil our wishes/needs, some were not met although announced (internet: wifi was very unstable and they could not provide a network cable).
